The Clubhouse features glorious views from the bars, lounge and restaurant across the terrace and 1st Tee, to the undulating course landscape beyond.
The bars and lounges provide comfortable surroundings in which to enjoy a drink with friends after a game, or before lunch or dinner. Unlike many clubs in the area we keep standard licensing hours (except Sundays when the bar normally closes at 9.00 p.m.). The two tables in the snooker room are in regular use in the evening and the wide screen televisions satisfy those wishing to relax and view sports channels.
The Club has an envied reputation for the quality of its catering both for big events and for less formal lunches and evening meals. The Sunday lunch carvery and Friday night fish and chips are particular favourites with the members, and social events are consistently well patronised.
The friendly and attentive service provided by our clubhouse staff is frequently commented on by visitors and is much appreciated by members.

The 18-hole 6,435 yards Vardon Course is one of the longer courses in the local area.
Pro staff are always happy to advise members and visiting golfers on the most appropriate equipment.
The Vardon Course was originally designed by the twice Open winner Willie Park Junior.
