Recognised golf clothing; golf shoes with soft or metal spikes. Gentlemen with tailored shorts may wear predominantly white short socks that cover the ankle; shirts must tucked into trousers. Hats and golf gloves should be removed before entering the bars and lounges.

In the Golfers Bar

Golf or smart casual wear. Jeans, denims, collarless tee shirts, tracksuits and trainers are not permitted at any time.

In the Lounge areas and dining room

Smart casual clothing. Golfers are expected to change on completion of play. Jeans, denims, collarless tee shirts, tracksuits and trainers are not permitted at any time.

While the Dress Code attempts to ensure a smart but flexible standard of dress, not every circumstance can be catered for. Responsibility for the interpretation, implementation and compliance with the code rests with the Secretary and his delegated staff. We ask that visitors accept any requests for change they may make, just as members are expected to do.
